Office Policy

We recommend clients to come at least 5 minutes before their scheduled appointment time to fill out any paper work that may be needed.

 

Cancellation Policy:

If for some reason you are unable to make your scheduled appointment time we require a notice of at least 2 hours before the appointment. A no show appointment could result in charging the client for the no show appointment if it happens more than once. We send out Client text reminders by email 48 hours before the appointment and by text message 24 hours before the appointment in the hope that we avoid no show appointments.
